Resolved — OVH network has recovered, monitoring resumed at Roubaix and Montreal, database cluster is complete again. We keep monitoring the situations but for the moment the incident is considered resolved. Incident tracker at OVH: http://travaux.ovh.net/?do=details&id=53798&
Monitoring — The issue has been identified as a global OVH outage, not even their websites are accessible at the moment to contact support or access status pages. Both database servers hosted at the two different OVH locations have been temporarily removed from the pool in order to restore write capability. Monitoring is resuming at the moment with the Montreal and Roubaix locations still unavailable.
